Meet your instructor, Dr. Rachel Miller. She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a certified Pilates and group fitness instructor. With over 20 years of experience in orthopedic and pelvic floor Physical Therapy, she has developed and taught numerous educational courses to the community and to other professionals. Her passion is to educate and empower individuals to better understand their bodies and feel their best.
