Join Dr. Rachel Miller, Physical Therapist and certified Pilates instructor, to find your CORE! These videos teach proper FORM, helping you learn how to FIND and FEEL the right muscles. Many people are doing the "right" exercises but NOT using the "right" muscles. Some of these muscles can be difficult to find (especially deep abdominals and glutes) and then figure out how to use them in traditional exercises and everyday activities. The focus is on education- you will be moving and performing exercises, but this is not a workout video. These videos are for anyone who wants to get MORE out of their exercise routine, or needs to reconnect with their core.
